Personally, i've never done the yelling thing, but i do hear the rining, all i do is focus and i hear a slight voice, i have to determine what it is saying due to the fact its a slightly under a whisper. i dont like it though. whenever i focus on it, everything becomes cold:s That's just my experiece though.
